With an extensive and talented medical team, this outstanding Medical Center provides robust lines of services including, but not limited to, Family Practice, Obstetrics, General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Behavioral Health, Pediatrics, and Ophthalmology. The Vice President of Quality & Patient Safety will spearhead the organization’s efforts in providing the highest quality in health care. 

Reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer, the Vice President of Quality & Patient Safety will closely work with other Administrative Executives to ensure that quality measures are constantly being adhered to for the entire hospital and its ancillary facilities. The Vice President will be supported by a team of Risk Managers, an Patient Experience Officer, Analytics Coordinator, and the Infection Prevention Department to achieve goals and consistently hit regulatory metrics.

The Vice President of Quality & Patient Safety provides leadership, management, and administrative oversight of the development and implementation of the hospital’s quality which includes internal, external, licensing departments and risk management. This Administrative Leader will develop metrics in quality and patient safety, ensure all policies and procedures are in compliance and act as an expert resource for all hospital departments. Activities include collecting and analyzing data/compiling reports and conducting clinical assessment for hospital-wide performance improvement and Medical Staff quality peer review as well as assisting with education activities pertinent to performance improvement.
