The Senior Director RN Quality will join the Patient Care Services Division of a smaller acute care hospital where personalized service remains a top priority. The facility provides essential inpatient and outpatient services while maintaining the collaborative atmosphere of a community-based medical center. Modern clinical resources and interdisciplinary programs will empower the Chief Nursing Quality Officer to influence hospital-wide results. The VP of Nursing Quality will partner closely with executive leadership, physicians, nursing leaders, hospital committees, and the governing board.
