The Senior Director RN Quality will serve within the Patient Care Services Division of a smaller acute care facility that values individualized attention and strong community connections. Offering a broad range of inpatient and outpatient programs, the hospital combines essential medical services with the accessibility and teamwork of a local healthcare organization. Contemporary clinical tools and multidisciplinary resources will allow the Chief Nursing Quality Officer to drive improvements across departments.
