The Vice President, Long-Term Care Operations will oversee one of the largest pediatric long-term care and skilled nursing centers in the U.S., caring for medically complex children and young adults; consistently earns the highest CMS Five-Star Quality Rating for overall quality, staffing, health inspections, and quality measures; nationally recognized leader in pediatric post-acute care; unique integrated care model combining pediatric long-term care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, on-site special education, and family support services. This integrated childrenโs care campus blends clinical services, therapeutic programming, and on-site education to deliver holistic, life-changing care for residents and families.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Vice President, Long-Term Care Operations will serve as Administrator of Record and provide executive oversight of nursing, medical services, quality, school programming, and operational leaders.
