This Chief Nursing Officer role places nursing leadership at the center of a mission-driven, patient-first culture grounded in measurable outcomes, clinical excellence, and safety; the hospital supports the CNO with optimized EHR workflows, real-time quality dashboards, advanced imaging, telehealth and virtual nursing capabilities, and innovation-minded leadership that pilots new care models to elevate experience, reduce HAIs, and strengthen value-based care performance.
