The Chief Nursing Officer will take their place as a key member of the C-suite team and get to work very closely with the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Medical Officer to brainstorm strategies that constantly improve the delivery of care within the healthcare system. The CNO will oversee the entirety of the Nursing Division consisting of around 180 Nursing personnel. Additional support for this role will come from seasoned Nursing Directors, Nursing Managers, and Nursing Supervisors from a wide variety of specialties. This role will enjoy the mentorship of the current Chief Nursing Officer as they impart key information and strategies to make sure your transition is as seamless as possible!

The Chief Nursing Officer will collaborate with other Nurse Leaders to operationally optimize the Nursing Division, keep within a fiscally responsible budget, and demonstrate the ability to build meaningful collaboration between internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, the CNO will also be spearheading Nursing Initiatives to increase staff satisfaction, retention, and productivity. Aside from overseeing the Nursing Division, the CNO will create an environment that promotes growth, enhancing the patients’ experience, and healing for all the virtually supported models of care. This position will mentor, support, and encourage every nurse within the Division to make sure the quality of patient-centered care delivered within this organization is carried on to the next generation of healthcare professionals.
