The Workday Supply Chain Management SCM Systems Analyst will be responsible for the maintenance, administration and support of Supply Chain System and ancillary systems, in alignment with Supply Chain programs, goals and initiatives. The Workday Supply Chain Management SCM Systems Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) related to supply chain business processes, systems functionality, configuration and capabilities.
The Workday Supply Chain Management SCM Systems Analyst will play a lead role in the implementation and support of systems initiatives and participate in vendor evaluations and assessments. The Workday Supply Chain Management SCM Systems Analyst will participate in scheduled systems upgrades, including test plan development, regression/patch testing, and reviewing and prototyping new functionality.
The Workday Supply Chain Management SCM Systems Analyst will support change management activities, including authoring user documentation and facilitating training sessions. The Workday Supply Chain Management SCM Systems Analyst will gather and qualify business requirements and recommend solutions in collaboration with partnering teams (i.e. IT, Payroll, Finance).
The Workday Supply Chain Management SCM Systems Analyst will analyze existing workflows, document and streamline processes. Perform system configurations and maintenance. Assist with the development and maintenance of a reporting repository and supports reporting and analytics requests. Contribute to the maintenance and accuracy of systems data, in the form of data loads and audits.
The ideal candidate for Workday Supply Chain Management SCM Systems Analyst should have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or Business Administration with minimum 3 years Supply Chain system experience in support, implementations and/or upgrades. Workday or PeopleSoft configuration & support preferred and Certified in Workday Supply Chain Management (SCM) with experience working on a Workday SCM implementation, preferred Healthcare supply chain experience.
