A Medical Utilization Review organization is seeking a lean thinking Vice President of Operations to lead their clinical review team.  Reporting to the CEO, the Vice President Utilization Review will oversee an expanding operations that includes multiple teams of 12-24 full time employees.    

This innovative organization has grown steadily in recent years and is quickly becoming an industry leader.  This care management association is committed to improving the efficiency and quality of care by providing customized third-party utilization review services.  The Vice President of Operations Utilization Review will be excited about the opportunity to develop and implement strategies that work to expand the reach of this fairly new product.  While being well supported by a team of experienced physicians, care managers and business development personnel, the Vice President Operations Utilization Review will be responsible for managing the operations and growth of multiple product including a new pre-authorization service line. An ideal candidate will have experience applying lean six sigma principals in a heath care or insurance setting.
