Reporting to the President of the hospital, the Vice President of Hospital Operations will oversee all clinical and non-clinical service line operational performance and financial outcomes. Responsibilities of the Vice President of Operations include cross collaborating with multidisciplinary leaders to develop strategic short term and long term plans that promote continuous organizational growth, preparing annual operating budgets, implementing new quality performance improvement and patient safety programs, ensuring policy procedure and regulatory body compliance, and reviewing required material for surveys and accreditation's. 

Building and maintaining exceptional, positive relationships amongst the executive hospital leadership team, department staff, hospital employees, medical staff, external partners and vendors is essential to promoting, supporting, and encouraging a team-oriented workflow. 

The ideal Vice President of Hospital Operations will have previous experience overseeing operations in an inpatient hospital healthcare setting, must be masters prepared. Additionally, this individual will be a strong communicator with relationship-centered interpersonal skills, detail oriented, financial fluent with a hands-on leadership style. Located on the upper north-west side of Pennsylvania, the Vice President of Hospital Operations can either reside off Lake Erie or in one of the many surrounding suburbs of Pennsylvania, New York, or Ohio.
