The Manager of SPD will report to a Director that oversee's perioperative and clinical operations and will receive support from experienced department supervisors, sterile processing technicians, educators, infection prevention specialists, and quality partners. The Sterile Processing Services Manager will be responsible for daily operations, staffing, productivity, regulatory readiness, instrument flow, decontamination, sterilization, inventory coordination, performance improvement, and collaboration with the operating room.
