The Robotics Certified Surgical Technologist CST will be responsible for coordination, planning, oversight and implementing services and technical support for the delivery of surgical care across the continuum in robotic surgery.  The Robotics Operating Room OR Coordinator will organize and maintain up-to-date equipment and supply inventory for Robotic Surgical Program. 

The Robotics Surgical Technologist will coordinate and collaborate with supply chain personnel to ensure appropriate par levels.  The Robotics Operating Room Coordinator will initiate complete set-up and clinical troubleshooting of robotic system during surgical procedures.  Assists surgical staff during surgical procedures, and provides technical expertise/support on operations of robotic surgical equipment. 

The Robotics Surgery Coordinator will manage and oversee routine preventive maintenance of software and equipment of system.  The Robotics Certified Surgical Technologist will prepare and maintain up-to-date robotic surgery resource book for surgical staff.  The Robotics Surgery Technologist will collaborate with OR management and Perioperative Educator to develop robotic surgery education programs and in-services for surgical staff on pre, intra, and post-operative management of the Robotic system. 

The Robotics Operating Room OR Coordinator will educate and orient staff to the robotic surgery program.  The Robotics Certified Surgical Technologist will collaborate with management, medical staff, and surgical team in support of strategies and activities to develop and grow the Robotic Surgery Program.  The Robotics Surgery Coordinator will target, support, and collaborate with surgical team and management for marketing to new surgeons. 

The ideal candidate for Robotics Surgery Coordinator will have successful completion of an accredited course for surgical technologists with Bachelors degree in healthcare field, preferred. 5 years recent experience as a Surgical Technologist in a Perioperative setting with 3 years experience with robotic surgery. Knowledge of advanced technology for minimally invasive and robotic procedures with completion of da Vinci Coordinator course.  Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification by AST, accredited surgical technology programs
