The RN Manager Emergency Services will join a mission-driven, patient-first organization known for strong clinical outcomes, low infection trends, shared governance, and robust decision support. In the Emergency Department, lead a fast-paced ED within a community teaching hospital, blending community care with tertiary-level resources. The Nurse Manager ED will advance care in a setting with Magnet Recognition® for nursing excellence, a designated Primary Stroke Center and Level II Perinatal Center with strong service lines in cardiac, oncology, ortho, maternity, and minimally invasive surgery, recent Healthgrades America’s 250 Best Hospitals Award™ (2025 & 2026), and accreditation by The Joint Commission with recognized strengths across multiple service lines.
Reporting to the ED Director and partnering with the CNO, the RN Manager Emergency Services will manage staffing and scheduling, throughput and triage flow, budgets, and performance metrics. The Nurse Manager ED will be supported by charge nurses, clinical educators, informatics, ED pharmacists, respiratory therapy, case management, social work, and a friendly, diverse nursing team committed to Just Culture and continuous improvement.
