The Nurse Manager ED reports to senior nursing leadership for emergency services and collaborates closely with a respected regional emergency physician and APP group; the RN Manager Emergency Services leads a collaborative model of Providers, RNs, and Techs with strong interdisciplinary backing from a dedicated Case Manager, Pharmacist, and Pharmacy Technician to drive quality outcomes, patient experience, and department flow while stewarding staffing, scheduling, hiring, mentoring, evaluations, budget input, and regulatory readiness. Requirements include a current Michigan RN license, BLS, a Bachelor’s in Nursing with 3–5 years of progressive clinical and supervisory experience, all while fostering a friendly, diverse, and inclusive team that embraces shared governance, Just Culture, and continuous improvement.
