Within the Education department, the RN Clinical Educator will design, coordinate, and evaluate learning programs that strengthen nursing knowledge, clinical competency, regulatory readiness, and patient-care standards. This role may support orientation, skills validation, annual competencies, continuing education, simulation, evidence-based practice initiatives, and professional development across multiple nursing specialties. The RN Clinical Educator will also help translate current standards and organizational priorities into practical, engaging instruction for bedside teams.
Reporting to nursing education or clinical leadership, the Nurse Educator will receive support from experienced leaders while partnering with friendly nurses and a diverse team of healthcare professionals. Key responsibilities include assessing learning needs, developing educational materials, facilitating classroom and hands-on instruction, coaching clinical staff, maintaining education records, evaluating program effectiveness, and assisting with quality and safety initiatives. The Nurse Educator will collaborate closely with nursing leaders, physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, pharmacists, and other clinical partners to advance consistent, high-quality care.
