Reporting to the ASC Administrator, the ASCRN Director oversees staffing and scheduling, competencies and onboarding, block and case-flow optimization, preference card governance, regulatory readiness, infection prevention, budget stewardship, and surgeon relations—anchored by friendly nurses and a diverse, interprofessional care team that values inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement.
