In this challenging and fast paced role, the Remote Nurse Recruiter will direct recruiting strategy, develop marketing materials, lead interviews and interact with Hospital clients in multiple states.   The work from home Remote Nurse Recruiter will specialize in filling employment needs in Nursing Leadership, Advanced Practice Nursing, and specialized nursing roles throughout the East Coast and nationwide.  In this full cycle recruiting role, the Remote Nurse Recruiter will have the opportunity to participate in many aspects of the job.  This includes new business development, management of existing accounts, marketing & advertising, recruiting and hands-on client consulting.

Compensation is well structured and allows top performers the chance to realize their income goals. The Remote Nurse Recruiter will earn a Base Salary, Uncapped Commissions, Bonus Levels and complete health benefits. 

The Remote Nurse Recruiter should have a professional home office environment with the ability to work on a remote basis long term. Employees will be working remotely.
