The new Regional Nurse Manager, Oncology Clinics will join a respected health system featuring a nationally accredited multidisciplinary cancer program and a longstanding commitment to quality, patient safety, and clinical excellence. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services, the Regional Nurse Manager, Oncology Clinics provides operational leadership to clinic managers, nurse supervisors, infusion charge nurses, and administrative teams across multiple locations. This leader works closely with medical oncologists, hematologists, advanced practice providers, pharmacy, radiation oncology, laboratory, revenue cycle, finance, information technology, and facilities teams to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care. Responsibilities also include oversight of multiple physician practices and hospital-based infusion centers supporting approximately 40+ infusion chairs and thousands of patient visits each month across two primary sites, with occasional support provided to additional locations. The Regional Nurse Manager, Oncology Clinics leads a multidisciplinary team that includes chemotherapy-certified RNs, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, patient schedulers, and access specialists.

The Regional Nurse Manager, Oncology Clinics promotes clinical excellence by leading staff education, competency validation, mentoring, and quality improvement initiatives that strengthen patient safety, satisfaction, and clinical outcomes. Additional responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, staffing, scheduling, payroll, materials management, vendor relationships, capital and operating budgets, while improving EMR workflows and clinic efficiency. Candidates earning quick interviews are Certified Oncology Nurses with demonstrated success in quality improvement and process optimization.
