Within the Marketing & Public Relations team, the Regional Director of Health System Brand & Communications will champion integrated storytelling for a multi-hospital nonprofit health system with over 150 care sites across Pennsylvania; a strong regional footprint serving a 26-county rural population; a mission-driven organization focused on expanding rural healthcare access; a collaborative executive team with high visibility and strategic influence; recognized for quality care, patient safety, and community impact; and a growth-oriented system with expanding services and provider network.
Reporting to senior leadership, the Regional Director of Health System Brand & Communications will lead brand strategy, integrated marketing, media relations, issues management, community engagement, philanthropy communications, and cross-channel content while partnering on research, RFPs, and new service-line launches. Supported by creative, digital, and analytics resources, the Regional Director of Health System Brand & Communications will govern visual identity, editorial standards, and market research, measure ROI, and collaborate daily with nurses, physicians, advanced practice providers, and a diverse healthcare professional team to translate complex care into clear, compelling stories that strengthen reputation.
