Regional Director ASC Operations
Our client, a California healthcare system, is a leading healthcare provider dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across the San Francisco Bay Area and Central California. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as the Regional Director of ASC Operations.
Position Overview: The Regional Director of ASC Operations will play a pivotal role in leading and enhancing the operational efficiency of our Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) across a strategic region. With oversight of 17 ASCs, this position requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in healthcare management, operational excellence, and strategic growth initiatives, including Mergers & Acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure the effective and efficient operation of 17 ASCs within the region.
- Performance Optimization: Implement best practices to enhance clinical and administrative processes, optimize resource utilization, and achieve operational excellence.
- Financial Management: Collaborate with finance teams to develop and manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and industry best practices.
- Strategic Growth Initiatives: Lead and support growth initiatives, including Mergers & Acquisitions, to expand the ASC portfolio and strengthen the organization's market presence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster collaborative relationships with physicians, staff, and key stakeholders to promote a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
This key ASC leadership role is supported by four Area Directors. Moreover, this position reports to the CEO of Surgery Center Operations. The Regional Ambulatory Surgery Center Executive Director will be offered comprehensive benefits, a salary nearing $300,000 and bonus potential of up to $60,000.
