The Behavioral Health Manager will steer crisis stabilization, medication management, group and individual therapy schedules, family involvement, discharge planning, and transitions of care—prioritizing safety, dignity, and measurable outcomes every step of the way.

Reporting to a Behavioral Health Service Line Director, the Behavioral Health Manager will be supported by friendly nurses, compassionate psychiatrists and psychiatric NPs, licensed therapists, social workers, and seasoned behavioral health technicians. The Behavioral Health Manager will lead daily operations, staffing and scheduling, mentor charge nurses, collaborate on budgeting and throughput, maintain regulatory readiness, champion de-escalation and milieu safety, and drive continuous performance improvement to elevate quality metrics and patient experience.
