Role, Structure, and Team The Behavioral Health Clinical Nurse Coordinator will report to a Behavioral Health Nurse Manager and collaborate closely with the Director of Behavioral Health Services, receiving strong support from clinical education, informatics, and quality teams. The Behavioral Health Clinical Nurse Coordinator will coordinate safe patient flow, champion regulatory readiness (The Joint Commission/CMS), refine policies and pathways, lead de-escalation and suicide-prevention initiatives, mentor RNs/LVNs/MHTs, optimize EHR workflows, and partner with psychiatry, psychology, social work, case management, pharmacy, and spiritual care to elevate outcomes.
