The Registered Pharmacy Manager will lead the Hospital Pharmacy within a 100 bed facility, growing acute care hospital. This inpatient pharmacy department supports medication management across hospital service lines while partnering closely with physicians, nursing professionals, and other clinicians. The Registered Pharmacy Manager will help advance safe dispensing practices, formulary management, inventory controls, clinical pharmacy services, medication-use protocols, and compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards.

Reporting to senior hospital leadership, the Registered Pharmacy Manager will receive organizational support while overseeing daily pharmacy operations, staffing, scheduling, budgeting, quality initiatives, controlled-substance processes, and team development. This pharmacy leader will collaborate with friendly nurses, engaged medical staff, and a diverse team of healthcare professionals representing clinical, administrative, and support disciplines. The Registered Pharmacy Manager will also mentor pharmacy personnel, strengthen interdisciplinary communication, and promote a culture of accountability, respect, safety, and exceptional patient care.
