Reporting to the Clinical Laboratory Manager, the Pathology Laboratory Coordinator will ensure the smooth operation of our diagnostic laboratory. In this role, you will manage daily responsibilities such as coordinating with pathologists and lab staff to streamline specimen processing and testing, maintaining stringent quality control standards, and overseeing laboratory inventory and equipment. Other responsibilities include preparing accurate reports, managing the laboratory budget, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols. Additionally, your role will involve implementing process improvements to enhance lab efficiency and collaborating with other departments for integrated healthcare delivery. 

What's Needed to Succeed:

• Associates degree in a chemical physical or biological science
• Licensed as a Medical Technologist, Medical Laboratory Technologist, or Clinical Lab Scientist through the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP)
• Prior leadership experience in a similar clinical laboratory setting
