The PACU Charge Nurse RN will be reporting to the Nurse Manager and will be responsible for assisting in assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating nursing practice and promoting a culture that is collaborative and patient-centered. The PACU Charge Nurse RN will establish goals and work to ensure high-quality care and provide leadership that aligns with the mission, core values, and objectives of this great organization. Furthermore, they will be responsible for providing high quality patient care to patients in the Perianesthesia Unit.
