Although most commonly known for their Orthopedic Procedures, this hospital conducts nuero and cardiac surgeries but are looking to expand hospital operations even further by incorporating bariatric surgeries into their service line! Along with spearheading a new business initiative with bariatric operations, the OR Nurse Manager would have the opportunity to facilitate interdepartmental relationships and collaborations to ensure a high level of patient safety.

This OR Nurse Manager will have oversight of 7 OR’s and a well tenured team of Registered Nurses. The responsibility of the OR Nurse Manager includes supervision over the day to day operations in the Operating Room, Recovery Room, and Pre-Op Holding Room. In this position, the OR Nurse Manager will report straight to the Director of Surgical Services and experience a magnitude of success through practicing a hands-on leadership style.
