An established acute care hospital located in the greater New York City region is currently searching for an experienced Oncology Pharmacy Supervisor to join their award-winning healthcare organization.

This full-service acute care hospital is home to just over 250-beds and provides a variety of award-winning medical and surgical services. Known as a faith-based not-for-profit organization, this system strives to provide comprehensive care for every patient regardless of background. Over the last century, this reputable system has grown to combine more than 400 dedicated Physicians, nearly 2,000 clinical professionals, and thousands of compassionate volunteers.

Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy, the Oncology Pharmacy Supervisor will oversee all oncology pharmacy related activities for the entire hospital. In collaboration with the Oncology Managers, the Oncology Pharmacy Supervisor will streamline the operational, clinical, and research initiatives that support the oncology pharmacy program. The Oncology Pharmacy Coordinator will lead personnel management and staff development, service line fiscal budget, and all quality assurance and compliance initiatives.

Requirements Include:

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree
• Current license and registered as a Pharmacist in state of New York
• Minimum 3 years of direct oncology pharmacy experience
• Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
