On the Acute Care Oncology unit, the Oncology RN Coordinator leads care on a 30+ bed medical oncology floor supporting patients across the cancer continuumâincluding chemotherapy, immunotherapy, benign hematology, and select general medicineâalongside oncologists, APPs, and palliative care. Reporting to the Nurse Manager, the Nurse Supervisor Oncology (Nights) provides night-shift leadership for RNs, CNAs, and support staff; drives education, competency, and policy adherence; optimizes staffing and resources; and advances research, safety, and performance improvement while collaborating with pharmacy, case management, PT/OT, social work, and palliative care.
