The Clinical Nurse Supervisor of Cardiac Definitive Observation Unit CVDOU will report directly to the Director of Critical Care Services. The Charge Nurse of Telemetry will be managing 30 bed CVDOU with the support of skillful staff nurses of 75 FTEs.

The Nurse Supervisor of CV Definitive Observation Unit will assist the Nurse Director of Critical Care Services with managing day to day operations, efficient patient flow, improving core measures, employee satisfaction, performance improvement, and staff development.
