The OR RN Manager will oversee patient care within a contemporary ambulatory surgery center equipped with 5 operating rooms and 1 gastrointestinal procedure suite. The center delivers convenient, efficient, and personalized outpatient surgical services across multiple specialties. Working closely with the operating room and GI teams, the Nurse Manager will coordinate pre-surgical preparation, post-anesthesia recovery, patient flow, discharge readiness, and continuity of care. Modern clinical resources and a strong culture of safety provide an excellent setting for an accomplished perioperative nursing professional.

The Perianesthesia Nurse Manager will report to the Administrator and collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, nursing leaders, and operational partners. Key responsibilities will include managing daily Pre-Op and PACU activities, maintaining appropriate staffing, supporting employee development, monitoring quality indicators, advancing patient safety initiatives, and ensuring compliance with infection prevention and regulatory standards. The RN Manager will mentor a welcoming team of nurses and multidisciplinary professionals while fostering communication, accountability, inclusion, and service excellence.
