The Orthopedic Ambulatory Services Manager will oversee a hospital-based orthopedic clinic that delivers comprehensive care for sports injuries, workplace injuries, fractures, Baker’s cysts, trigger finger, and other orthopedic conditions. Specialized procedures include total joint care, knee and hip replacements, shoulder replacements, rotator cuff repair, shoulder stabilization, ligament repair, ACL reconstruction, and fracture repair and reconstruction. The Orthopedic Ambulatory Services Manager will support coordinated occupational and work-related orthopedic care while helping patients regain mobility, function, and independence. This full-time Orthopedic Clinic leadership position includes 80 hours per pay period on the day shift.
The Orthopedic Nursing Operations Manager will report within the orthopedic service line leadership structure and collaborate with orthopedic medical directors, board-certified surgeons, advanced practice providers, and hospital administrators. Support comes from friendly nurses and a diverse healthcare team spanning imaging, rehabilitation, perioperative services, inpatient nursing, scheduling, prior authorization, quality, finance, and marketing. Responsibilities include daily clinic operations, staffing, employee coaching, budgeting, productivity, inventory management, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and performance reporting. The Orthopedic Nursing Operations Manager will also enhance patient flow, coordinate provider schedules, resolve operational barriers, and advance strategic growth across orthopedic services.
