The Nurse Manager OR maintains clinical skills by assuming direct patient care assignments as needed to support patient flow and departmental needs. The department encompasses multiple specialties including general surgery, orthopedics, gynecology, ENT, urology, and more, with a team that is fast-paced, team-oriented, and professional.

Administratively, the Nurse Manager OR assists in staffing, scheduling, and workflow coordination for the surgical services department, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to hospital policies and standards.
