The RN Surgical Services Unit Manager will oversee a fast-paced OR department featuring 8 operating rooms and completing over 10,000 procedures annually. This high-volume Surgical Services environment offers exposure to diverse procedures, advanced perioperative practices, and complex patient needs. The OR Nurse Manager will help optimize operating room throughput, staffing, scheduling, infection prevention, regulatory readiness, patient safety, and clinical quality while supporting efficient, compassionate care throughout the perioperative journey.

Reporting to senior Surgical Services leadership, the Surgical Services Nurse Manager will receive strong operational and clinical support while providing day-to-day direction for nurses and a diverse team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities include coaching and mentoring staff, supporting recruitment and retention, monitoring quality metrics, maintaining compliance, managing resources, advancing process-improvement initiatives, and promoting effective collaboration among nursing, surgeons, anesthesia professionals, technicians, and support departments.
