Nurse Manager of Labor and Delivery

The Manager, RN, Labor and Delivery and Mom/Baby will assume leadership of Labor & Delivery and postpartum services, with oversight of maternal and newborn nursing teams across the OB, mother-baby, and maternity care continuum. This women’s services leadership opportunity combines clinical operations leadership with staffing support, workflow management, patient safety, quality improvement, staff development, and mentorship. Working within a collaborative OB and physician environment, the RN Manager will coordinate interdisciplinary care, guide daily operational decisions, and strengthen community-focused maternity care.
