As Maternity Services Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations across the birthing center environment, including staffing strategy, patient flow, regulatory readiness, and quality initiatives. This high-acuity L&D setting requires decisive leadership and strong collaboration with obstetricians, maternal-fetal medicine specialists, anesthesia, neonatology, and postpartum teams.
