Reporting to the Director of Nursing, the Nurse Manager Extended Care partners closely with the Administrator and interdisciplinary leaders to drive staffing plans, quality initiatives, survey readiness, andJust Culture safety practices; ample support includes experienced charge nurses, dedicated CNAs, pharmacy, therapy, case management, and social work, with friendly nurses and a diverse healthcare professional team collaborating to elevate the resident experience from admission through discharge or long-stay continuity.
