Within the LD and Obstetrics service line, the Nursing Manager Obstetric Services will guide an engaged team across triage, intrapartum, OR for cesarean birth, couplet care, and lactation services, in a family-centered setting recognized for Quality Respiratory Care Recognition and recognized for excellence in rural healthcare, while leveraging modern safety bundles, real-time analytics, and a Just Culture to elevate maternal-newborn outcomes.
Reporting to an experienced Director of Women’s Services or the Chief Nursing Officer, the LD RN Manager is supported by seasoned charge nurses, clinical educators, lactation consultants, and unit coordinators, and will oversee staffing and scheduling, quality metrics, budget stewardship, accreditation readiness, infection prevention, staff coaching, policy development, and patient experience initiatives alongside friendly nurses and a diverse, collaborative healthcare professional team.
