The Nurse Manager Outpatient Surgery leaders will guide care in a modern Ambulatory Surgery/Outpatient Surgery/Multi-Specialty Outpatient Surgery environment designed for efficiency and exceptional patient flow; a newer multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center with 4 operating rooms and 2 procedure rooms supports a wide range of procedures, and there is a staff of 13+ Surgeons and 30+ Clinical and Administrative Staff to deliver seamless experiences from pre-op through PACU.
Nurse Manager Surgery Center leadership will report to an Ambulatory Surgery Center Administrator and partner closely with perioperative leadership and the Medical Director, with dedicated support from charge RNs, clinical educators, pre-op/PACU teams, surgical technologists, materials management, and scheduling resources. Responsibilities include daily operations, staffing and scheduling, throughput optimization, supply chain stewardship, accreditation readiness, quality and safety metrics, patient experience initiatives, EHR optimization, and staff development—all grounded in a collaborative culture of friendly nurses and a diverse healthcare professional team that values mutual respect, teaching, and continuous improvement.
