The ICU Executive Director will provide strategic oversight for a comprehensive intensive care program that may encompass medical intensive care, surgical intensive care, cardiovascular intensive care, and trauma intensive care services. Reporting to senior nursing and hospital leadership, the Nurse Executive Director of Critical Care will receive executive-level support while directing ICU strategy, staffing, budgets, quality outcomes, regulatory readiness, patient experience, and professional nursing practice. The Critical Care Executive Director will collaborate closely with friendly nurses, physician leaders, advanced practice providers, educators, pharmacists, therapists, case managers, and a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
