The Clinical Quality and Patient Safety Nurse Director will serve at a modern 65+ bed acute care hospital that has supported its growing North Texas community. This facility provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care across several specialties. Key services include urology, diagnostic imaging, cardiac catheterization, orthopedic surgery, spine surgery, and additional surgical programs. The hospital combines advanced clinical capabilities with the personalized atmosphere of a community-focused medical center.

The Nurse Director Clinical Quality Risk will collaborate with hospital executives, corporate risk leaders, nursing leadership, physicians, friendly bedside nurses, and a diverse multidisciplinary healthcare team. This RN leader will oversee quality improvement, patient safety reporting, clinical outcomes, performance improvement, core measures, grievance and complaint processes, accreditation readiness, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities also include occurrence investigations, pre-litigation claim management, preventive risk assessments, staff education, process consultation, and emergency risk-management support. The idea candidate will hold an active Texas Registered Nurse license, a BSN, at least 10 years of RN clinical experience, and two to five years of quality or risk management experience in an acute care hospital.
