The Nursing Director Women’s Services reports to an experienced Chief Nursing Officer and works alongside strong clinical partners including Labor and Delivery charge nurses, perinatal educators, lactation consultants and a collaborative OBGYN pediatric anesthesia and neonatology team. This Clinical Director Family Birth Center role leads daily operations while guiding quality and safety metrics staffing and budgets perinatal policies patient experience and regulatory readiness. The leader will also mentor a dedicated nursing team and multidisciplinary professionals committed to evidence based care and a supportive just culture.
