As the System Director of Clinical Quality, leadership guides infection prevention, patient safety strategy, mortality reduction, and enterprise-wide performance metrics. Close collaboration with physicians, nursing leaders, and multidisciplinary hospital teams ensures seamless quality integration throughout inpatient and outpatient services.
