Reporting to the Nurse Manager, the Night Shift Medical Surgical Nurse Supervisor is responsible for ensuring high-quality care by managing team workflow, conducting patient assessments, and implementing individualized care plans. Key responsibilities include supervising and mentoring nursing staff, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. This is a full time Night Shift position.

What's Needed to Succeed:

• Degree from an accredited Nursing program
• Registered Nurse RN license 
• Prior leadership experience in an acute care setting
