The NICU Respiratory Care Clinical Educator will design and deliver onboarding, competency validation, skills labs, simulation drills, NRP activities, and evidence-based respiratory protocols while championing interprofessional rounding, mock codes, and bedside coaching for complex ventilator management. The NICU Respiratory Care Clinical Educator will thrive with strong support from a dedicated education department, clinical nurse specialists, and informatics partners, and will be embraced by friendly NICU nurses and a diverse healthcare team of neonatologists, NNPs, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, dietitians, physical and occupational therapists, social workers, case managers, and allied professionals who value collaboration and inclusion.
