You will prospect and qualify new hospital and health system clients, run discovery conversations to surface hiring needs, and support full-cycle recruiting from intake and sourcing through interview coordination, offer presentation, and acceptance. Expect to craft compelling outreach that converts cold leads, negotiate win-win terms, and partner closely with senior recruiters, marketing, and leadership while managing a growing book of accounts across California and the Western U.S. You’ll operate with a data-aware mindset, tracking KPIs, forecasting activity, and prioritizing the highest-impact actions.
