The RN Neurology Telemetry Nursing Manager is accountable for departmental work-flow, including staff scheduling, continuous education, and conflict resolution, as well as developing performance improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance of all policy procedures, and assisting with the departmental budgeting and payroll.

The Neuro Telemetry Nurse Manager is a team oriented leader excited to tackle any challenge. This Nurse Manager will cross collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, focused on delivering exceptional patient care throughout the community. The ideal Neurology Telemetry Nurse Manager RN will have previous leadership experience, an inpatient clinical background working with stroke patients in a telemetry, neurology, or medical surgical unit.
