Within Laboratory Services and the broader Diagnostic Services team, the Coordinator Medical Laboratory Quality will support accurate testing, regulatory readiness, quality analytics, and continuous improvement at a top-rated, 250+bed, not-for-profit health center in New York, known for advanced medical care and community-focused services. Reporting to senior Laboratory Services leadership, the Supervisor Clinical Laboratory Quality will coordinate quality assurance, quality control, proficiency testing, inspections, accreditation compliance, document management, corrective and preventive actions, staff education, and performance-improvement initiatives. The Supervisor Clinical Laboratory Quality will receive support from experienced laboratory leaders while partnering with friendly nurses, physicians, technologists, infection prevention specialists, and a diverse team of healthcare professionals. This role will also help monitor regulatory standards, analyze trends, prepare dashboards, coach team members, and promote a transparent culture of safety and accountability.
