Night Shift Nursing Supervisor will provide leadership within a small, community-focused rural hospital offering comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services, including Emergency Department care, Medical Surgical nursing, Obstetrics and Labor & Delivery, Surgical Services, Diagnostic Imaging, and Rehabilitation. The Evening Charge RN supports coordinated care across Acute Care, Med-Surg, and OB units, ensuring seamless collaboration between departments during overnight hours. This intimate hospital environment allows the RN Clinical Lead Nights to build meaningful relationships with patients and families while delivering personalized, high-quality nursing care. With 24/7 emergency services and a broad range of specialties, the facility balances advanced capabilities with the warmth of community healthcare. OB experience is preferred; however, on-the-job training is offered and staff RNs are welcome to apply. RN Night Supervisor reports directly to Nursing Leadership and serves as the clinical leader on duty during 12-hour night shifts, providing supervision and operational oversight for nursing staff across departments.
