Reporting to a Director of Rehabilitation/Physical Medicine and collaborating closely with a Rehab Therapy Manager, the PT Lead will provide hands-on clinical leadership, manage a balanced caseload, mentor and precept staff, advance competencies, champion quality metrics, and drive operational excellence. Responsibilities include scheduling, throughput, discharge planning, and documentation, with robust support from rehab coordinators, therapy aides, case management, pharmacy, and a friendly nursing team.
