In the Pharmacy, the Licensed Pharmacist Supervisor will guide medication management services across inpatient care, emergency services, surgical and critical care, oncology support, and transitions of care. Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy, the Licensed Pharmacist Supervisor will partner closely with pharmacy managers, clinical pharmacists, technicians, residents, and students. This Pharmacy Supervisor will lead daily operations, prioritize clinical initiatives, mentor staff, coordinate scheduling, optimize inventory, advance medication safety, uphold USP and regulatory compliance, drive Lean-centered process improvements, contribute to antimicrobial stewardship and pain management protocols, collaborate with friendly nurses and a diverse healthcare professional team, support code response and emergency preparedness, and represent pharmacy on quality, safety, and informatics committees.
