Reporting to a Director of Pharmacy with day-to-day guidance from a Clinical Pharmacy Manager, the Licensed Pharmacist is supported by experienced technicians, clinical specialists, and friendly nurses within a diverse, collaborative team. The Licensed Pharmacist will verify and optimize orders, manage pharmacokinetics and dosing, consult on antimicrobial stewardship, contribute to code responses, conduct medication reconciliation and patient counseling, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in quality, safety, and process-improvement initiatives alongside respected physicians and advanced practice providers.
